Message From the Program Committee Chairpersons
Offshore activity is booming in Brazil, in response to large investments in E&P development to produce hydrocarbons from new offshore frontiers. This activity, unprecedented in the history of oil business, puts Brazil in the center of the offshore E&P industry.
In this scenario, the 2011 Brasil Offshore Conference plays a key role: it is the third largest offshore E&P conference in the world. We invite you to Brasil Offshore to network with more than 50,000 industry professionals; conduct business with more than 600 exhibitors showcasing novel technologies, equipments, and materials; and learn from 120 SPE technical presentations that focus on the critical aspects of deepwater development.
